Banned Products
Banned products must not be sold on Dropshipzone under any circumstances.
Suppliers who sell or attempt to sell banned products on Dropshipzone will be banned themselves from selling any products on Dropshipzone. In addition, Dropshipzone cooperates with regulators and reserves the right to share information with regulators about any Suppliers who breach this policy.
If a product ban is in place the applicable product cannot be sold or offered for sale. Suppliers should refer to the specific banning notice for individual products for more information.
Product Safety Australia provides a database of banned products: here. Products can be subject to interim or permanent bans.
An interim ban can apply nationally, or within individual Australian states. Interim bans last for a period of 60 days, and can be extended for a further period of 60 days. Permanent bans apply nationally across Australia and are unlimited in duration.
For the avoidance of doubt, products that are subject to an interim ban in any Australian jurisdiction are banned from Dropshipzone and are subject to this Banned Products Policy.
For more information on product bans and how to comply with them, please consult the Product Safety Australia article: here. Furthermore, Suppliers are encouraged to consult with a product safety professional where required.
